Full moon duvet cover

It's 1994. I've always been a craft person. I had a 160 cm wide bed, which was in a cramped bedroom and it was downright impossible to change the sheets. I was surprised that the moon has been there , but a more convenient sheet hasn't been invented yet... The underclothes escaped from the bedbugs at night and were infested in the morning.

I longed for a sheet that would stay in place during the night and make it easier to make a bed in the morning.

I thought about how this problem could be solved, Then one morning it flashed and I came up with the idea to sew a duvet cover that fit on top of the mattress topper. I tested it for a couple of weeks and found it to work well and even exceeded my expectations. I made a few prototypes and took them as a Christmas gift to an acquaintance who praised them to the skies and said that the sheet type should be patented. That's where the idea started. Through the Invention Foundation, I got a patented utility model cover for a bed sheet for six years and funding to get me started.

This was the beginning of the industrial production of bed sheets, which has been operating since 1996. I am happy that millions of Finns sleep well in our sheets and proud that I have been able to make their everyday lives easier with convenient sheet models.

Since I understood from the beginning that a good product requires a quality fabric , I chose percale combed cotton as the material. In addition to a functional product, comfort also comes from high-quality fabric, so fabric quality has been important to me from the beginning. Read more: quality
